Return Policy


Our return policy lasts 7 days from the day purchased item(s) are delivered to you. If 7 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.  Please reach out to us immediately and get a pre-authorization from us before you return any item.  Please make sure to provide us with package opening video and/or photos.

You are responsible for return shipment costs.  To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in their original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is not eligible for return.


Shipping costs are not refundable.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Sale items

Any items that are not purchased with their original purchase price are considered as “Sale” items and they are not eligible for any returns or refunds.

Order Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account first.  There could be delays depending on the financial institution that is used.

If the original payment method is a credit card, please call your credit card company and check with them. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. Please reach out us immediately when you get the items delivered and we can work with you and get the required pre-authorization for the exchange.

Pre-authorization and Shipping

To return an item, please reach out to us at and provide as many details as possible.  Please include any pictures or video of the damaged item.  Once we review the details, we will provide you with the pre-authorization for either refund or exchange of that item.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We will not process items that are damaged/broken during return shipping.
